Carol Padham founded Padham Design in 2002 after being a senior associate at the architecture, interiors & planning firm of Simon Martin-Vegue Winkelstein Moris. Her design experience
includes dual roles of project design and project management of hospitality, healthcare, academic, corporate and residential of both new construction and remodels.
